ABOUT US
Bonnie Henry RPN
Founder & CEO
As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse and Mental Health Therapist with over 30 years of experience in the mental health and addictions field, I bring a trauma-informed approach to my work, ensuring clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I am an active member of the College of Alberta Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association and have advanced training as a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) therapist.
My professional contributions include presenting at the Conference Board of Canada Disability West Conference and participating in panel discussions for Edgewood Health Network and Ambrose University's Soul Forum. These experiences have enriched my understanding and advocacy in the mental health field.
I offer a supportive and inclusive environment grounded in a biopsychosocial and spiritual perspective. My practice focuses on helping individuals manage substance use, address mental health and emotional challenges, navigate life transitions, and develop effective coping skills. With a commitment to non-judgmental care, I strive to help clients achieve their goals and unlock their full potential.
